1) Fund Raiser for an Environmental Foundation, Group or Organization: To do this job, employers look for individuals who are not only passionate about being green but also passionate about ?greens? themselves. You need to be assertive in order to pursue funding from individuals, the government or corporations. Strong writing skills also are critical since you likely will be writing grants, and strong management skills are essential for organizing special fundraising events.

2) Outdoor Trip Leader for Outdoor Leadership School: To do this job, you need to have strong organizational skills and speaking skills, as you will teach students topics such as environmental safety, technical outdoor skills and environmental ethics?needless to say that you have to actually like being outdoors.

3) Educator at An Environmental Center: To do this job, you also must have strong verbal communication skills and be able to work with a wide variety of audiences. The ability to use electronic presentation skills and to employ various strategies to foster learning among students is imperative.

4) Urban Planner: To do this job, you need to be able to write well, speak clearly and master several computer design programs. You will be required to speak in public as well as apply laws to development projects. In addition, brush up on your math skills since you will be required to complete cost analyses, and remain organized so that you can effectively monitor schedules for both short- and long-term projects.
