The re-sale real estate market in Durham Region continues to prosper. To date in 2012, prices are on average 3% higher than 2011.
Activity is very brisk and at the present time, it would be considered a Sellers? Market, due to the relatively low volume of listings. This may change slightly in the coming months as more properties get listed in a traditionally busier time.
